Korea × Middle East
Hikma (حكمة) is the Arabic word for wisdom. Starting from Saudi Arabia, Hikma Korea connects Korea and the Middle East as one market through education, consulting and trade.
About Hikma
Hikma Korea did not begin with a report on a desk. It began in the field, in Saudi Arabia.
Our founder, Dohun Park, worked at the Saudi subsidiary of a Korean company, where he learned firsthand how the country actually works: its administration, its regulations, its business customs, the local language you cannot learn from books. That experience grew into guiding Korean companies through company formation in Saudi Arabia, completing the full journey to foreign investment approval.
In those same years, more than 2,000 workers passed through his training center and earned international certificates (IPAF) recognized in 83 countries, walking out with a path to a job. He watched, up close, how a single qualification can change someone's place in the job market.
The field taught him one more thing: young Saudis have a real and growing appetite for Korean culture. Trusting that demand, he founded the self photo studio brand The K-PHOTO and grew it to four branches across Saudi Arabia, and meeting learners eager to study Korean led to an education platform now in preparation. All of it confirmed one simple fact: between Korea and the Middle East, there are still not enough bridges.
Hikma Korea, established in Busan in 2026, exists to be that bridge. We connect people through education, companies through consulting, and markets through trade.
Hikma · حكمة — Arabic for wisdom. The most respected value in the Middle East, and the way we work.
Business
None of our businesses stands alone. People we meet in training become trading partners, and demand we confirm in consulting becomes trade.
We export Korean-style entertainment equipment, including self photo studios and photo booths, to the Middle East. We operate The K-PHOTO stores in Saudi Arabia ourselves, so our support is grounded in verified local demand and hands-on operating know-how, from equipment sourcing to localization.
From obtaining a MISA (Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia) foreign investment license to commercial registration and post-formation administrative support. This is not paperwork outsourcing. You work alongside someone who has run his own businesses in Saudi Arabia, through the entire journey.
A managed Korean tutoring platform for Arabic-speaking learners. Sila (صلة) is Arabic for connection. We connect Korean teachers with learners across the Middle East, and we are designing in-person classes linked to our local network in Saudi Arabia.
We are preparing a program of hands-on training and internationally recognized certification courses for people aiming to work abroad. It builds on years of training the workforce of global companies in Saudi Arabia, experience running international certification courses, and a network of local employers. We design education that ends in a job, not just a certificate.

Why Hikma Korea
We speak from experience, not reports. You work with someone who has built, operated and won approvals for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
We keep real bases in two cities, Busan and Jubail. We work at Korean speed and in the Middle Eastern way, both at once.
MISA foreign investment approvals and local administrative know-how. Consulting starts with knowing which paths work and which do not.
